• All maintenance fee payments should be sent together with your coupon to our Tampa lockbox and addressed to Management & Associates, P.O. Box 30450, Tampa, FL 33630-3450 or mailed directly to our office at 720 Brooker Creek Blvd., Suite 206, Oldsmar, FL 34677
• All sale/lease applications can be mailed to our office (as above)
• All architectural applications can be emailed to your property manager or admin assistant for your community.
For ELW bar codes, please log onto eastlakewoodlands.com, download all necessary applications and mail to our office. In the interim, you can access the community at the Tampa Road Main Gate or the North Gate off of East Lake Road.
